Effective Solution for Allergic Rhinitis, Besides Steroids : Alfalfa Complex and Sustained Release Vitamin C

I have always suffered from allergic rhinitis....or as most Malays said, 'Resdung'. Early this year, my rhinitis became quite bad. I will wake up around 4 or 5 a.m. and keep sneezing and have runny nose until I cannot sleep. My husband was also bothered with my sneezing...huhu.
